One thing you notice as you start visiting a bunch of different post offices is the variety in interest or dedication you find with each post master and the employees who work in the different buildings.
Bellevue is one perfect example of what I mean by this. I was greeted by friendly postmaster Dave as I entered the Bellevue, Ohio post office. I of coursed ask for permission before taking my photographs. We chatted for a bit and as he was filling the post office boxes in the lobby of this wonderful building. Dave appeared to know a lot about Bellevue and took pride in his older building and mural. What a treat to be able to share a moment and get the perspective of a local. I’m delighted to have been able to visit during working hours and meet Dave.
